Laser Engraving/Marking
Our Fibre Lasers enable us to offer a service for either deep engraving or Part marking, where the Laser changes the colour of the material permanently to give a high contrast effect.
We engrave anything from Mould Tool Inserts to Watch Casebacks, using the latest software, creating and editing Artwork, also generating and engraving QR Codes & Data Matrix to make parts fully traceable

Laser Welding
We offer a Laser welding service for damaged moulds and parts. This is done with very little heat going into the part, therefore giving no heat distortion. We use 0.2mm to 0.8mm wire and can weld various materials and keep stock of wires for P20, 2767, H13, Stainless, Titanium, Inconel, Aluminium & Berylium Copper, other filler wires can be ordered in. This is ideal for damaged edges, machining errors or wear & tear in moulds.
We provide a full refurb service on Blow Moulds, Composite Moulds, Injection moulds, Rotational Moulds and Rubber Moulds, bringing all the sharp edges back and getting the mould back into production.
Polishing
We offer a comprehensive polishing service, including polishing of injection moulds, composite moulds, blow moulds, rubber moulds, and many different machined components, working to very fine tolerances. Our team has many years of experience and a good understanding of how tooling works. We also undertake the refurbishing of moulds, which, alongside our Laser Welding service, can get old moulds looking good and producing accurate parts again. At PMP, we collectively have over 100 years of polishing experience on all different aspects of polishing.
