Polishing Services

We offer a comprehensive polishing services, including polishing of injection moulds, composite moulds, blow moulds, rubber moulds, and many different machined components, working to very fine tolerances. Our team has many years of experience and a good understanding of how tooling works. We also undertake the refurbishing of moulds, which, alongside our Laser Welding service, can get old moulds looking good and producing accurate parts again. At PMP, we collectively have over 100 years of polishing experience on all different aspects of polishing.

Our team has extensive experience in mould polishing and a strong understanding of how tooling performs in real production environments. That means we do not just focus on appearance, we focus on the surface quality, detail and finish needed to help tooling produce accurate parts consistently.

Alongside polishing, we also undertake mould refurbishment. Combined with our Laser Welding service, this enables us to restore worn or damaged moulds, sharpen edges, improve finish quality and help return tools to production in the best possible condition.
