We offer a Laser welding service for damaged moulds and parts. This is done with very little heat going into the part, therefore giving no heat distortion. We use 0.2mm to 0.8mm wire and can weld various materials and keep stock of wires for P20, 2767, H13, Stainless, Titanium, Inconel, Aluminium & Berylium Copper, other filler wires can be ordered in. This is ideal for damaged edges, machining errors or wear & tear in moulds.

Our laser welding services are ideal for repairing damaged edges, correcting machining errors and restoring wear and tear in moulds and engineered parts. Because laser welding uses a highly controlled process with very low heat input, it is particularly suitable for precision work where distortion must be kept to an absolute minimum.

We use filler wire sizes from 0.2mm to 0.8mm, allowing us to carry out fine, accurate repairs on a wide range of components. We keep stock filler wires for P20, 2767, H13, stainless steel, titanium, Inconel, aluminium and beryllium copper. Other filler wires can also be ordered in for specific applications.
