One of the key advantages of laser welding is its low heat input. Because very little heat goes into the part, the process is ideal for precision work where dimensional stability is important. We use filler wire sizes from 0.2mm to 0.8mm, allowing us to carry out accurate, controlled welding on a variety of materials and repair types. We also keep stock filler wires for P20, 2767, H13, stainless steel, titanium, Inconel, aluminium and beryllium copper, with other materials available where required.
